  • How often do you drop new collections?

    Each collection includes hand-selected pieces from vintage stores around the world. While frequency may vary, we aim to drop new collections once a season - Fall / Winter / Spring / Summer. We encourage customers to sign up for our newsletter and follow us on Instagram @shopretrou to receive updates regarding new collections.

  • What is your return policy?

    All sales are final and ineligible for return or exchange. While we do our best to carefully select pieces in great condition, please be mindful of normal wear that may have occurred over time.

  • How do I know my size?

    Sizing details are listed within the description of each piece. We always try out best to offer varied sizing. If you don’t know which size to order, please email us at contact@shopretrou.com.

    We are always happy to help. Please email contact@retrou.com and if applicable, include your order number.

  • What is the quality like?

    Each vintage piece is carefully inspected and reviewed before we purchase it from a seller. If determined necessary, flaws are repaired before they are re-sold as part of a retrou collection.

    While we do our best to select pieces in great condition, please be mindful of normal wear that may have occurred over time.

    Photos of our clothing are un-retouched to provide an accurate representation of your purchase.

  • How do I care for my new vintage clothing?

    Care instructions are stated on each item’s unique product description and should be followed to maintain the quality of each piece.

    Vintage pieces should be worn and washed with great care. We highly recommend dry cleaning whenever possible.

    Please note that we are unable to replace or refund items damaged by improper care.
